RESIDENTIAL SMALL RENEWABLE GENERATION PROGRAM
RSA 362-F:10 – Renewable Energy Fund created the small renewable generation facility program. With the passage of Senate Bill 303 (2024), RSA 362-F:10, V through VII, and IX relative to the residential small renewable generation incentive payment program were repealed. Therefore, this program is now permanently closed. Existing applications pending prior to program closure will continue to be processed. The Department will undertake a stakeholder process to review new program ideas, and should a new program emerge, it will be posted the New Hampshire Department of Energy webpage.
