NH 10 Year Energy Strategy

RSA 12-P:7-a directs the Department of Energy to prepare a 10-year energy strategy for the state. At least every 3 years starting in 2021, the Department is required to review the strategy and consider any necessary updates.

This process requires the opportunity for public comment and consultation with the House Science, Technology, and Energy Committee and the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee.
