This public hearing will be to accept testimony and comments from stakeholders and the general public on New Hampshire’s proposed Model Plan for Program Year 2024 for the state’s Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), more commonly known as the Fuel Assistance Program (FAP).

Written comments may be submitted to leslie.a.parker@energy.nh.gov and will be accepted until August 25th, although it is strongly encouraged to submit comments prior to the public hearing. Please include the subject line “PY24 Model Plan” and include your comments in a Word or pdf attachment.
